Recommended Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Adapter for a 2019 Ford F-350 With Aftermarket Gooseneck Hitch

I have a 2018 f350 with a gooseneck in bed, I want to find a fifth wheel to fit in the gooseneck hole in bed. I have seen other conversions but it was a square fitting instead of round hole in the f350. I want a conversion to go back and forth. I will be hauling fifth wheel trailers with it.

If you have a 2018 Ford F-350 with no factory prep package (pucks) and an aftermarket gooseneck trailer hitch the best option to tow a 5th wheel trailer is the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # DM8550045 which attaches around the hitch ball. The Demco Recon is an excellent option because it's light (Head: 50 Lbs + Base: 100 Lbs) so you can get it in and out of the truck bed by yourself and it has a 360 degree jaw-to-king-pin contact system which improves ride quality and provides additional security.

If you have the Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # 9468-94 then you can use the Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter by Bulldog, Draw-Tite and Reese part # 9480 but there are not many other options.
