The correct Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs for a 2018 Ford F-350 4x4 with B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1116 is part # AL57399 which fits both single rear wheel and dual rear wheel models. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs install under the frame rail and the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch installs on the outside of the frame rail so there won't be issues.
If you will be frequently inflating and deflating the air springs then you will want to consider an ob-board air compressor, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL72000 is what I recommend since it's wireless which means you don't have to run any wires or air lines into the cab which is a pain.
