Is the 4-way from the Curt Permanently Attached to the Mounting Bracket
Question:
according to the picture the 4 way flat connector permanently attaches to the bracket beside the 7 way round connection . Is this actually what I will receive in the package?

The 4-way of the Curt Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole # C57674 that you referenced can be attached to the mounting bracket of the product, but it can also be removed.
So you could attach it to the bracket when not in use so that it does not dangle and interfere with anything and then pull it off the bracket when you plan on towing a trailer with a 4-way connector.
