Replacement Oil Cap for a Dexter 12,000 Lb Axle

Question:

My axles are 12K Dexters in my old cap outside diameter at the threads is 4 and 5/8 inches. Well this oil cap fit and does this oil cap come with O rings and a rubber grease cap?

The thread size is an industry standard for Dexter 10,000 - 16,000 Lb Axles so you don't need to worry about measuring this.
