Face Plate Dimensions of the Greystone Euro Style Range Hood
Question:
Im looking at trying to add a range hood over the gas stove on my boat. I have about 16inch of blank wall space width to work with. If the glass was removed from this unit, what would the actual width be? Also, would it be possible Not to use the upper stack? Just run an aluminum accordian vent pipe out the galley window when in use? Thanks for any help you can give,

The Greystone Euro Style Range Hood part # 324-000089 with the glass removed has a face plate that measures about 15" x 15" which I confirmed myself. In regards to installation, as long as you secure the face plate and find a way to exhaust the 6" diameter conduit I don't see any issues not using all the aluminium shielding.
