The CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers like part # CE27710 can be used on aluminum boats yes but the rigidity of the boat's hull will be the determining factor for whether or not damage can occur. If you have doubts of its rigidity then your best course of action would be to reach out to the boat trailer manufacturer to see if the hull is suitable for use with bunk rollers.
