The DC battery connections for the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel # PD4135K that you referenced get soldered to the circuit board. I pointed out where they are in the attached picture.

What dc connections are you referring too here? My convertor has wires coming out of the back for DC, are those not the right connections?

It sounds like your panel is already wired up. The Progressive Dynamics Control Center # PD4135K referred to above is simply the panel itself, which is why Jameson is explaining how the wires are actually connected.
