Wireless Brake Controller Recommendation for 2019 Toyota Highlander Towing Two Trailers

Question:

Hi, Would like to use the same RF brake controller for TAB 400 travel trailer and a small horse trailer. Is that possible? Both trailers have a 7-way connector. Currently the tow vehicle 2019 Toyota Highlander AWD has only a 4-way connector. Thanks for your help!

I have a really great wireless brake controller that you can use for both of your trailer's brakes with the Curt Echo Mobile # C51180. Basically you just need to plug this into an active 7-way and once synced to your smart phone is ready to tow.

To convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller only requires the 7-way adapter kit part # ETBC7L. The 4-way of this plugs into the 4-way of your vehicle and once you run the included wiring and breaker up to the vehicle's positive battery post it's active enough to allow the Echo to function. This saves you from having to hardwire in a brake controller which requires tapping into the brake signal of your vehicle and running a few other wires too.
