Will this product mount on a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport with the Spare Tire in place on back of the Jeep?

You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the spare tire. If that distance is less than 14 inches, the GearDeck 17 enclosed cargo carrier, # H00604, will fit.

The GearDeck 17 slides 50 inches straight back from the hitchpin hole. You can check if this will allow your back door to open.
