The 1995 Honda Civic hatchback requires base plates # 508-1. Make sure to consult the vehicle owners manual in the emergency towing section to make sure the vehicle can be flat towed and/or if it requires anything additional. I will be happy to send you a copy of the installation instructions.
You will also need a compatible tow bar, like # RM-520, safety cables like # RM-643, a lighting solution, # RM-2120 (for infrequent towing) or # RM-154 (for frequent towing), and a supplemental braking system.
For braking I recommend the Even Brake, # RM-9400 because it is the easiest system to set up and use. I have including a link to the tow bar details and a link to our series of FAQ articles on flat towing for you.
