2012 Voltage Landing Gear not Operating Under Load
Question:
I have a 2012 voltage 3200 and when raising the trailer the landing gear just clicks and does not lift up, but when the trailer is attached to my truck the landing gear goes up and down just fine. Is this just my gearbox or the whole system?

Good News! Since this is only an issue when the landing gear is under a load I believe it is simply the gear ox that needs replaced. IF you do have a Stromberg Carlson landing gear set the Replacement Aluminum Gearbox for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear part # LG-179015 will be what you are after. I've included the video I did on the replacement below for you to check out. It is not difficult job to complete with just some basic hand tools.
If you happen to have landing gear from another manufacturer please let me know and I will help to find what you need.
