The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs will help to level out your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the Palomino truck bed camper on your truck. It may not completely compensate all 4" of squat however it will take up most of it and help to level the truck out so your head lights are not pointing towards the sky.

You will need Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted part # F2600 for 2WD or part # F35FV if the truck is 4WD. The Firestone bags are a great choice because their construction is more durable compared to the other options. They use more layers of rubber and have a crimped rolled seal to attach the bags to the roll plates compared to the other options that use less rubber and a metal band.

I also recommend to add Air Command Compressor System part # F96VV so you can inflate the air bags on the go instead of stopping at a gas station for air or carrying around a bulky compressor in the truck. The Air Command system is wireless so there is no need to run air lines to the cab. You will have a remote that allows you to adjust the bags from inside or outside the cab. The system is also dual path so you can level the bed side to side if you need to. I have attached a video for your reference.

If you wanted a more cost effective compressor system, I recommend the Firestone Air Command II part # F2219 which is still a great system but requires running lines to the cab for the analog gauge display. This system does not come with a remote but still has a heavy duty compressor and dual path functionality.
