I would like to use it in the bathroom of my RV over the shower. People seem to do this ,but your info says not to , why not

The MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03851 can be used as a bathroom fan but not over the shower as you'll be mixing electricity and water. If you would like an exhaust vent over the shower then you would want the non-powered model # MA00-03750.
