The springs in kit # TFR250SDJ are 4-1/2 inches tall and for kit # TFRTT350J they are 3-9/16 inches tall. These measurements do not include the mounting brackets that attach to the bottoms of the frame which are approximately 2-3/8 inches tall.

The Timbren # TFRTT350J are designed more for commercial duty where your truck bed stays loaded for long periods of time. The Timbren # TFR250SDJ is a more standard duty spring that is ideal for towing applications where you may be experiencing a lot of squat with a trailer connected or are experiencing a lot of sway and body roll.

Timbren states that once a system is installed you will need 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inches of space between the bottoms of the springs and the top of the axle; this is to ensure that the springs are not creating a rough ride when the truck is not loaded and allows you to maintain your factory ride quality.

It's also worth noting that both of these Timbren springs will also work with 2wd models of the 2020 F-250
