There is no specific torque rating for securing the Titan coupler # T4853100. What you will need to do is tighten the bolts down as much as you can without crushing the metal of the coupler and trailer tongue. If you see the metal start to bend a little, that is tight enough.
It is recommended to use all bolt holes to secure the coupler and to use grade 8 hardware.
