I do have a solution for you though it may not be what you expect. At this time, there are no ladder racks for the 2012 Dodge Ram with Rambox. But, what you can do is use a dual-purpose ball mount, # D210, tow the trailer with the ball mount end and use the top receiver part for a T-Load, # RTL002.

As long as you are within the capacities of the ball mount listed below, this is the best option for you:

Towing capacity: 7,500 lbs
Tongue weight capacity: 750 lbs
Receiver capacity: 350 lbs

The tongue weight includes the trailer tongue weight, the weight of the T-Load (about 40 pounds) and the weight of what is on the T-Load.

You will also need a roof rack (see link) to carry the other end of the canoe.
