Recommended Large Roof Cargo Basket Compatible w/ 27 Inch Crossbar Spread of 2019 Mazda CX-9

Can you recommend a cargo basket that would fit my 2019 mazda CX-9 fitted with OEM side rails and crossbars with 27inch spread and would also carry the large cargo bag C18221?

We do indeed have a solution that will work perfectly for that Curt # C18221 roof cargo bag.
Take a look at the Yakima OffGrid roof cargo basket, part # Y07138-08. The basket measures 62x40 inches, so the cargo bag you'd looked at would fit nicely.
