Expert Reply:
The Gooseneck hitch that you need for the 2019 Ford F-250 super duty to use the Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # 9480 is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit part # BWGNRK1116.
The B&W is not a pop in ball like the other options so it uses a pin to install the Hi-Rise shank which is what you need. The Hi-Rise should have come with a square shank to fit into the B&W square hole that will be needed to use it with the B&W.
