Where to Measure Frame to Determine Fit of Reese Super Titan Trailer Hitch

Question:

I was looking at your 38211, super titan 3000 hitch. My frame measurements from inside to inside of the frame is 33, from outside to outside is 33.5. This hitch says it will fit frames 33.5-34.5, and it is kind of not clear for me, because my frame can be called 33.5 if measured outside to outside of the frame. Can you please clarify this for me.

It sounds to me like it's going to be a fit because you measure the outside of your vehicle frame to determine the fit of the Super Titan 3000, part # 38211.

Since your frame measures 33-1/2 inches outside to outside the # 38211 is just what you're looking for. The 34-1/2 fit is if the spacer plates are used.
