The best suspension enhancement product for you will depend on how you use your truck.
Timbrens such as # TFR350SDJ are an excellent solution when you'll be carrying a consistent load, like a slide-in truck camper or to handle the pin weight from a gooseneck trailer or a fifth wheel. Because you're carrying a consistent weight, you won't need the adjustability of an air bag system.
If you tow trailers of differing sizes and weights, or also frequently haul cargo in the bed of your truck, the ability to adjust the firmness of your rear suspension would come in handy. If that's the situation you're in, i'd recommend an air bag system, specifically the Firestone # F35FV Ride Rite. As long as you have at least 7-1/2 inches between the inside of your tire and the outside of the frame member, this system would work great for you. This system allows you to fine tune your rear suspension to the varying weights applied to your rear suspension. This system is also compatible with in-bed gooseneck or 5th wheel hitches.
You might also consider an on-board compressor system like # F2219. A compressor system allows you to add or remove pressure from the air suspension while you're on the fly, so you can tailor the suspension perfectly for the load you're carrying.
