Installed the two battery solar box and it doesn’t keep my batteries charged, what is wrong. Do I have to shut down all power to my camper inside. We have 2018 tag a long with power levels, we need to be able operate with a always charged battery. Electric is not available where we park it. It’s in direct sun, it get enough energy

If it isn't a potential wiring issue, which I do assume you have checked, the problem could be that the solar panel on the TorkLift PowerArmor Solar Locking Battery Box # TLA7708RS will only charge the batteries so long as they are at least already at a 50 percent charge. It will also take quite a bit longer to charge two batteries as well so you will want to be sure to use your battery power sparingly if possible. Otherwise you may need to invest in something with more solar power capability.
I have added links to a number of help articles on solar power which I recommend checking out. They have a lot of valuable info in them about power which I think can be really useful.
