Replacement Driver Side Mirror For 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus

Question:

I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee latitude plus. I cracked the driver side side view mirror. The replacement looks pretty good but it mentions that it doesnt support the blind spot function. Is this a wiring issue or the glass mirror itself? The glass mirror is still intact from my current side mirror and wasnt sure if it could just replace the mirror that is there with the mirror that this part comes with and it would work. Long shot, but fingers crossed.

The K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heat w Signal, Lamp part # KS60226C does not retain the blind spot detection or memory function of the original mirrors if they are had those features because of the wiring. They are not wired to retain the functions. You wouldn't be able to replace the glass piece of this mirror with your existing glass mirror piece unfortunately. However, it does have the same factory mounting points and footprint of your original mirror so it is an easy install.
