which trailer hitch for 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon will allow me to fold up my Sport Rider SE2 against the bumper?

From the center of the hitch pin hole on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches part # HR1450Z to closest part of the rack when folded up is 5".
I recommend to use the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98847 on the 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon because when we installed it there was about 3-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to outside of the bumper so the Hollywood Rack will have enough bumper clearance to fold up.
