The brake controller plug location on your 2020 Ram 3500 is located behind the panel under you steering wheel on the right hand side nearest the center console. If you look underneath there it will be taped up and out of the way but can generally be reached and pulled down by hand.
To make your connection use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Ram part # 3024-P this is designed specifically for the Ram's and will be a direct fit.
As far as brake controllers go my favorite is the Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 you referenced would be a perfect option and is a proportional controller, which means it activates the braking power based on your truck's deceleration. What that does is give you a much smoother, more comfortable towing experience than the constant braking power put out by time-delayed controllers.
