I am assuming that when you hit the brakes and use a turn signal, both turn signals on the trailer blink. It sounds to me like either a ground connection is bad or some wires may have been crossed up. It is possible that some wires may have been cut or pinched either before, during or after the frame repair. First I would recommend inspecting as much of the wires as you can for any cuts or pinches and repair those parts.
Next, I would recommend removing the wires from your trailer connector since some of them are loose and use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test each wire for their specific function. Once you have verified the function of each wire, then you can reconnect the wires to your trailer connector by function, not necessarily by color.
On your trailer connector the wires should be connected as follows:
Ground Wire to White
Left Turn and Brake Wire to Red
Tail and Running Light Wire to Green
12 Volt Power Wire to Black
Right Turn and Brake Wire to Brown
Brake Controller Output Wire to Blue
Reverse Lights/Auxiliary Power Wire to Center Pin
I have attached a photo of a 7-way vehicle side trailer connector for you. Each pin should have a color stamped next to it. It may be hard to see in our photo, but you should see them on your connector. I have attached a video of our technician repairing a 7-way connector for you to reference. The connecter he is repairing is on a trailer so the wiring may not be the same as yours, but it will show you how to remove and reattach the wires from the connector.
Finally, you should check the ground connection and make sure it is clean and secured to the vehicle frame.
