Will the bike rack fit my 2010 Jeep Liberty?

All of the Thule trunk mounted bike racks, including the Passage # TH910XT you mentioned would be a fit for your 2010 Jeep Liberty. However, I would highly recommend the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. It is the easiest to install and comes with locks for both the rack and the bike. I have linked you to a listing of the best selling trunk mounted bike racks for the 2010 Jeep Liberty.
For womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # TH982XT is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
When the rack is installed, make sure you DO NOT use the rear wiper.
