Recommended Rise/Drop Adapter for Use with Weight Distribution System
Question:
I have a 2004 Excursion that I want to tow my trailer, however, the bumper is lower than I need. I already have a hitch that works with my expedition, I just need the rise to be different. Can I use my existing hitch and plug it into one of the openings with the weight distribution that is already attached to my trailer? Will the weight distribution work if the existing hitch is used? Please let me know. Thanks!
