Can Derale D13760 Hyper-Cool Transmission Cooler and D13021 Thermostat Be Installed Upside Down

Can this unit be mounted upside down, will the fluid circulate through the entire grill? thanks

If you're speaking of the # D13021 Hyper Cool Remote cooler with fan, yes the fan can also be mounted upside down. It IS a remote fan and doesn't need to be directly in the wind generated by the vehicle driving down the road, but it will need access to airflow it can pull across the coils. For example you wouldn't want to install in in a confined space.
If you're speaking of the thermostat, It can certainly be installed upside down, as a matter of fact that's how it's shown in the instructions as you can see by taking a look at the diagram I provided.
