Winch Mounting Plate for Kawasaki 610 4x4 and Chicago Electric 3000# Winch

Question:

I understand that the mount fits the Kawasaki 610. I need info on its ability to mount the Chicago Harbor Freight Model 95912. The mounting plate that comes with the Winch is 7.086 Long x 4.881Wide X 2.165 High. The screw holes on the mounting plate are 6x3 . Their mounting plate is attached to the winch by two bolts 3 apart. Photos attached Thank you in advance

The Bulldog Winch Custom-Fit Steel ATV Winch Mount part # BDW15122 is designed with multiple different spacings to allow you to mount many different winches. Most commonly we find that the smaller winches like yours utilize a 6 5/8" x 3" bolt pattern on the winch which matches this mounting plate.

On your plate it appears there isn't a lot of wiggle room forward and back to make up that 5/8" difference. With that said if these don't line up exactly you can simply drill out holes in your base bracket t match up with the plate. When you do this treat the holes you drilled with some spray paint to cover the exposed steel to prevent rusting. Happy Wheeling!
