Question:
If the springs over-under conversion doesn't lift my trailer high enough, is there another option?

Based on my research your 2020 Palomino Puma 286RBSS 5th Wheel has axles that are in the 6,000 lb range, which means they should be 3 inch diameter round axles, though I highly recommend verifying this. Also make sure the suspension on your Palomino is double-eye spring suspension, and if so, because it is a tandem axle trailer you will need two of the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00.
I have added a link to a video review of this kit for you to check out as well.
