How To Measure For Bearing Buddies On Trailmaster 20 Foot Trailer

Question:

I have a 2009 TRAILMASTER 20foot 6000# axles 8 lugs trailer the outside of my center caps on the drums are 2.720-2.750 which grease buddie do I need is it the #BB2717 I will need four . will that be close or is there another one I need .

It sounds like the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 2717 - Chrome Plated (Pair) part # BB2717 are what you need for your hubs. These bearing buddies fits a 2.717" hub bore which sounds like what you have but I suggest measuring the inner diameter of your hub bore with digital calipers just to be sure because it sounds like you may have measured the outside. To get 4 of these bearing buddies you would simply need to purchase 2 of the part number BB2717.
