The blinking green light on the NOCO Genius Mini On-Board Battery Chargers like part # 329-GENM1 indicates there is an error. In order to fix this error you will need to follow the list of steps which are laid out for you in the troubleshooting section of the manual which I have attached for you below.

If it turns out the unit is faulty then I have attached a list of our battery charger options for you to look through for replacement.
