The Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack part # BD500199 comes with an internal circuit breaker so there should not be a in-line fuse holder on the black wire from the jack unless someone added it during installation or before you purchased the jack used. The Bulldog jacks all have internal circuit breakers and they do not recommend adding an inline fuse holder because it would require a high amperage fuse that is not needed or safe.

If the black wire coming from the jack is bad you will need to replace the jack with part # BD500199.

Are there other jacks with internal circuit breakers other than BD500199? My Lippert has an online fuse holder and keeps corroding and required repair/replacement. I really want a jack that has an internal fuse so I won't have this problem. Thanks.

@Steve All of the powered jacks that we carry besides the Bulldog jacks, have an in-line fuse or an exposed circuit breaker. I have attached a link to all of the Bulldog powered jacks we carry.
