In order to install a Hide-A-Ball style gooseneck hitch on your 2013 Ford F-250 you'll need an underbed installation kit and gooseneck hitch; I recommend using the Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # 9460-49 since it allows for full truck bed access when ball is stored because the ball and safety chain loops are the only part of the hitch above the bed of the truck. The gooseneck ball on this hitch stores upside down in the hitch when it's not in use, to provide you with a convenient storage solution.

The Hide-A-Goose kit is a custom installation for your truck, which means no drilling is required during install-you will need to cut a hole in the bed for the gooseneck ball. This kit comes with everything you need to install your gooseneck hitch, including the ball, hardware and a magnetic cover for the gooseneck hole that will help keep debris and dirt out of the receiver.

You could also use the Curt # C61332-52, which mounts on top of the bed connected to an underbed kit, but will still fold up the ball into storage in the truck bed in a similar manner to what you're looking for. This gooseneck has a 30,000-lbs capacity and will allow for the ball to be stored within the hitch when not in use.

I've linked an installation video of the Draw-Tite gooseneck that you might want to have a look at and you can refer back to during the installation process; unfortunately there is not an installation video of the Curt system.
