How hard is it to install? Am I cutting the oem rails?

The Install of the Rhino Rack Roof Rack with Crossbars, part # RSPT08 on your 2010 Range Rover Sport is pretty straightforward.
The plastic molding that runs down the tracks on either side of the roof is removed, and then trimmed. The roof rack tracks are installed into existing hardware, and the plastic roof molding will install around the tracks once it is trimmed. Purchase of the rack does indeed include installation instructions.
