The hitch you mentioned # C114121 Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Euro Drawbar comes with all hardware and is custom fit for a Volkswagen Golf ranging from 2015 - 2019 so it is not compatible with your 1970 Volkswagen bus.

Unfortunately we do not have any custom fit hitches for you Volkswagen Bus. If you want to make more room inside and transport gear I suggest a roof rack like SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack # 298-SX6000B. The roof rack attaches in seconds using 6 vacuum cups, and gives you round bars to mount any of your gear to. I really like that they fold up for easy storage and don't take up that much room.
