Compatibility of B&W OEM Gooseneck Ball with Convert-a-Ball CAB-C5G Gooseneck Hitch Adapter
Question:
Will the BandW OEM ball for the ram truck factory puck system work with the gooseneck adapter? I understand the Reese ball with plastic leaver won’t work.

According to B&W, you will need their # BWGNXA2062 OEM Gooseneck ball for your Ram Truck. It will indeed work with the Convert-a-Ball # CAB-C5G gooseneck adapter. Because it doesn't use a plastic latch, there's nothing that will be damaged by the adapter.
The # BWGNXA20621 ball you mentioned is compatible with Ford, GM and Nissan Titan OEM Gooseneck Hitches, but not the Ram.
