Can I Use Airbags On the 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD With Factory Prep Package? I am using a fifth wheel hitch in the bed so are air bags compatible? I want a compressor system but nothing fancy

Yes you can use air bags with the 2020 Ford F-250 4WD Factory prep package with a fifth wheel hitch in the bed. For the air bags I recommend Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F35FV which is compatible with an in bed hitch without drilling into the frame brackets like most air bag installs require. The bags are also double convoluted to reduce the risk of puncture from flying debris. The Firestone bags are also known for their rolled crimp seal that keeps the bags attached to the roll plate instead of a metal band which is not as durable.

For the air compressor I recommend the Firestone Air Command I part # F2097 which is a heavy duty compressor that allows you to inflate/deflate the bags with the flip of a switch in the cab.
