I can help you figure out how to determine if the Swagman Trailhead # S63380 will be able to clear the spare tire on your 2006 Jeep Wrangler, though it will require you take some measurements. Just take something with a straight edge like a yardstick and hold it against the back of your Jeep's spare tire and then use a tape measure to find the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the straight edge (like in the accompanying photo), and that's the amount of clearance you will need.
The Trailhead measures 9-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the rear upright. If you need more room, there are a number of quality, budget-friendly 4-bike racks I recommend checking out, such as the Swagman Titan # S63410, which is is 14-1/2 inches from hitch pin hole to the back of the upright.
I have added links to video reviews, help articles, and a selection of our 4-bike racks for you to check out as well.
