I want to reuse my old P3 on my new 2020 Ford F-150. What do I need for this?

In order to reuse a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 or a Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 on a 2020 Ford F-150 all you need is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 22292 which makes for a plug and play installation.
I have attached an install video for you that shows the location of the plug you need to access to plug the brake controller in using the above harness.
