Troubleshooting MaxxFan That Fan Motor is On All the Time Even After Switch Replacement
Question:
Fan will not shut off or close or change speeds. Changed switch and nothing will operate. Fan stuck on high speed. Plulled fuse out of breaker box and loses vent manually. New switch did change anything. Is it the motor?

The switch should be controlling whether the fan motor is getting power. Since you replaced the switch and are still getting the same issue I'd think you most likely have a wiring problem. Or there's a short somewhere that's causing the motor to have power to it at all times. I'd go over all of the wiring looking for any obvious shorts and fix as needed.
