Quick Install Custom Brackets Needed to Attach Base Rails to a 2012 Ford F-350 Diesel

I have a 2012 F 350 Diesel and I want to install my old trail boss 15k reese hitch in the truck. I have the bed rails. Which install kit should I use and any bed rail hardware needed ?

To ensure we recommend the correct bracket kit for your 2012 Ford F-350 Diesel, we will need to know the brand of base rails that you currently have. We have a few different options for base rail brackets for your truck, however, the brackets are not compatible with all base rails.

Since you have a Reese Trail Boss 15K fifth wheel hitch, then you may have Reese base rails. If this is the case, then you can use the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, # RP50026. These brackets were designed to specifically fit your truck and are compatible with the 10 bolt and 4 bolt Reese base rails.

I have attached the installation instructions for this bracket kit for you to check out.

The bracket kit will come with installation hardware to attach the brackets to the truck frame. You will need to get the Reese 10 Bolt Replacement Hardware Kit, # RP58430, or the Reese 4 Bolt Replacement Hardware Kit, # RP30125, to attach your base rails to the brackets.

If you do not have Reese base rails, then let me know the brand of the base rails that you have and I can recommend the correct bracket kit for you.
