Brake Controller Installation Access to Plug In for Adapter on 2016 Jeep Cherokee
Question:
I want to install a brake controller on my Jeep 2016, I removed he srew holding the cover but it seem to be still attached, is there another srew that I am not seeing

It looks like there are 2 grommets that hold the felt covering on under the steering column, which will need to be detached in order to install a brake controller on your 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I've attached the installation video of a Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that demonstrates the process of removing the trim in this area to access the plug in adapter.
