Will Dexter E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System Affect Fender Clearance
Question:
I’m in need of replacement of all my bushing on a dual axel bass boat trailer. I’m concerned with that already tight clearance I have with my custom fiberglass fenders, will this kit have too much play and travel into my fender? I know I need the 6,000# kit, I wasn’t going to replace the equalizers until I saw these kits and the reviews.

The flex from the Dexter E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System # K71-652-00 is going to allow for a bit more suspension travel, but it will be pretty minimal. You should expect at most around 1/4" more of travel with these installed depending on exactly how wide your current equalizers are.
With this in mind, unless you're cutting it REALLY close as-is with your existing setup I don't foresee there being an issue with fender clearance when using these as replacements.
I have attached a couple short video demonstrations below that you can check out as well.
