We do offer a locking tailgate option for your 2011 Ram 1500, but the # LH-007 you mentioned is a fit for Dodge Ram trucks through the 2008 model year, and therefore wouldn't work on your truck.

Although a manual lock of that style isn't available, we do offer a powered tailgate lock from Pop&Lock, part # PAL8350 which works for regular and crew cab models with the short bed. If you have a Quad Cab or a Crew Cab with the long bed, you'd also need the extension kit, part # PL9510. You can see an install video by using the provided link.
