Pulsing Greed LEDs on NOCO Genius Mini On-Board Battery Charger

Brand new setup, 110ah gel batteries. Why are the green led lights slowly blinking?

I reached out to my contact at NOCO and she said that when the green LEDs are pulsing on the NOCO Genius Mini On-Board Battery Charger # 329-GENM2 then that means it is almost done charging. Once the green LEDs stop pulsing and turn solid then that means the batteries are completely charged.
