Do they for sure fit a Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 2015 year model? Hard to tell if they do in fact fit.

I do have an option for you but the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards - 6" Wide - Brite Anodized Aluminum part # 27-6600 are not the correct length boards for the crew cab. You will also need a custom installation kit to install the boards.

The Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit part # 27-6630-1635 is what you need to install on a 2015 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. This kit includes the 79" long by 6" wide, brite anodized aluminum running boards and the custom install kit.
