Best Tire Chains for ATV Tire Sizes 25x11-10 and 25x8-12 for Ice and Snow

V-bar style tire chains provide the best traction for ice since the V-bars act as spikes which dig into the ice. Standard chains will still work decently but for primarily ice and some snow the V-bar chains are the way to go. So for the tire size 25x11-10 you'd want the part # PWATV620 from Glacier and then for the size 25x8-12 you'd want the part # TCATV9-2. THese have double the amount of chains that run across the top of the tire as well which greatly helps with traction too.

I attached a picture that shows what s similar set looks like installed on an ATV tire. In it you can see the V-bars.

im looking for chain tensioner thatll work the best for me on your TCATV9-2 tire chain and PWATV620 tire chain

The best tensioner we have for the chains we talked about is the part # TCMA7 which is the correct size, is easier to install, and provides great tension for keeping the chains in place securely. I attached a picture of these chains installed on a similar tire size to what you have that we got from a customer about a month ago. They told us that these were, "Easy to put on and tight enough so there is no chain noise/slop."
