Yes, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700 will work on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee (All Models) which I confirmed with my contact at Roadmaster for you. In regards to installation, the best place to install the main control unit is under the driver seat. Please note, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake is for motorhome's with hydraulic brakes. I have attached some other parts you might be interested in below as well.
