If you have the LED RV Dome Light with Switch # 328-K-1020BLSM2, there is no bulb to replace and you would need to replace the entire light. LED lights are generally designed to last exponentially longer than a standard light bulb but in some instances these lights do not come with replaceable light bulbs and instead have diodes. If this is a fairly new light or camper, there may just be a wiring issue that you can resolve by removing the light fixture and checking the wires for secure connections.
If you can remove the cover and you actually find a bulb instead of the diodes, you are able replace the bulb by matching it with the number that is on the bad bulb (you can also send a picture to us and we can help you try to identify it).
